Bangalore to Shirdi

I planned a 3 day 4 night plan to SHIRDI from BANGALORE through our country's proudest public transportation i.e, KSRTC. I booked the seats for my family 1 week ago to avoid last minute rush. Make sure you book return journey tickets also to avoid inconvenience. KSRTC is offering lowest prices as comapred to other private bus Operators. KSRTC AIRAVATA CLUB CLASS was the bus i booked as it is the only bus available. It is a SCANIA Semi Sleeper Multi-Axle AC bus with charging sockets for laptop and mobiles beside the each window seat and bus is provided with 3 LED TV.

Bus starts its journey from Kempegowda Bus Station Terminal 1 at 1 PM and you can see many Boarding points provided in Booking website. It usually rests at SHREE RATNAM VEG hotel for lunch around 3PM which is situated in between Bangalore-Tumkur highway.Then again around 6.30 PM it rests for 10 minutes at KAMAT UPACHAR hotel situated near RANEBENNUR for a light Snacks. These both are well maintained and cost is reasonable than its upcoming pitstop for Dinner around 9 PM after Hubli. It is a normal Dhaba come Hotel where some bus rests for a while. Then after they provide Blankets for each indivisual which are neatly maintained. Bus reaches Shirdi around 7AM in the morning and halts at a hotel near MSRTC bus stand. There after you can go to any hotel you desire as Shirdi is filled with many hotels and My suggestion is to ping into any hotel near to the Temple. After your refreshment you can go to Darshana around 11AM on the same day.
If you want return on the same day then go to VIP DARSHANA which costs Rs.200 for each individual or else you can do free normal Darshana. The return bus is also scheduled at 1PM from Shirdi Bus stand. So you can catch the bus easily. My suggestion is to get SAI BABA DARSHANA and move to SHANISHIGNAPUR which is 70KM away from Shirdi .You can google for more information on the Historic Shani Temple. Many cabs and MSRTC buses navigate in between these places, You can get back to hotel in the evening and your day is done.

The next day you can do your shopping and get back to Bus station around 1PM. The same class BUS will be waiting for you. It rests at a hotel after AHMEDNAGAR around 3.30 PM which is of a world class hotel. Again the journey starts and rests after PUNE in a normal hotel come Dhaba around 6.30PM. Then again it halts at NAVAMI Dhaba near SATARA around 9.30 PM. Then after it is only matter of Sleep and journey. Bus reaches Bnagalore around 8AM in the morning and it stops at mentioned Dropping points.
